How do i let a girl know i like her? Please read details before answering?

There's this Asian girl i like, she's very cute. I hear that she had broke up with some guy 2 weeks ago. But i hear that she likes a white guy but then i think she likes me too. I'm Asian though and very shy. She asked me about who i liked. So how do i show that i like her? I think i have to act quick cause theres only a few more days of school left. I was thinking of asking her to come with me to the park and after we get some pizza. I think she'd be easily bored cause ill be playing handball and she'll just be watching me. But, she knows a couple of people that are playing handball. So, my questions are how do i show her that i like her, how do i make this date interesting so she doesnt want to leave and what should i talk with her about on this date?
