Could this Violate my Probation?

awhile back i got in trouble for fighting the cops found a pipe in my pocket i use to smoke weed out of so i got in trouble for the fight and the pipe when i went to cour for fighting also my firs offense i was put on probation have to pay some fines and take some classes what i don't know is i have to go back to court for the pipe charge and i don't know if that could violate my probation i would think not for it was in the court stem Befro i was put on probation but im just not sure can anyone plz help me
