Need answers about Cheering with a belly ring?

I'm getting my belly pierced In July, I'm super excited. It's all I've talked about for a year! But I'm starting competitive Cheerleading in August and the uniforms expose half our bellys. It won't be healed enough to take it out, what do I do? I don't want it to get ripped out.
