i play handball and i do fitness couple of times a week. i skip to try and keep me fit and on my toes for handball. but i get extremely bored of it and ive started forgetting about it. any tips to keep me committed to my skipping and stuff?? if possible, could you also give me a fitness routine, suitable for a 14 year old to keep me fit, so that i can run for longer and make me faster. many thanks
