Does this girl like me? And if she does what should I do next?

Ok so this girl in my gym class became friends with me out of nowhere I had an eyepatch on for about a month so she noticed that and then she's like aww what happened I explained them she hugged me, it's been about three months since then and I've developed feelings for her we talk whenever we see each other and since we are interested In the same sport (handball) she's asks me one day are you gonna go play today then I'm like ya then she's like ok ur gonna need my number then she gives it to me just for planning purposes IM ASSUMING. Although she has a really bubbly personality I think she likes me. If she does like me what do I do next help a brother out please. P.S when I'm not looking at her as in turned around she kicks my butt (lol just trying to give as much info possible) THANX
