What is the next step that I should take with this girl?

Ok, so this girl I like which is the friendliest girl I've ever met. So we were playing a sport (handball) after school then after that she asks me if I wanted to go to Wendy's and then I said yea, then we go me her and her friends. After Wendy's we go to the park and play some more and then there was this one time where she wasn't looking at me and faced around so I slowly go behind her and slowly show her my face till she could get a clear sight of me and I say "boo" she turns around gives me the biggest smile ever and she starts rubbing my cheek slowly for a few seconds for a minute I thought she was going to kiss me but instead she hugs me. I think this is a sign she likes me but on the other hand she does things like that too her friends such as run through their hair with her fingers and hugging and stuff like that. Although I think she has known her friends for a while and on the other hand she's known me for about 3 months. Also while in the park we were leaning on a fence looking at each other deeply in one another's eyes while talking and then at the end she said "I love you" but all girls do that but I've only known her for three months. After the talking we go on the bus and then we were sitting next to each other and I ask her how many languages do you know? She said two. And asked me how many I knew. I said four. She said oh my god tell me something in your language and translate it after. I told her something in my language. She asked me what does it mean. I say it means I like your eyes. She sorta starts blushing and she holds her hands together and starts smiling and saying thank you in a cute Girly voice. We talk more and then when she had to get off the bus she says I really enjoyed your company today, she hugs me then leaves. I need to now know what are my next steps, like what I should do, should I ask her out, does she like me? Keep in mind that she's a really friendly person but we have only known each other for only three months
