Team Handball Gloves?

guys, am a left wing/left out player. one of the few problems that i face while shooting is that i tend to lose the grip on the ball. pls tell me whether a player is allowed to use gloves in handball for better grip or not? if yes, what type of gloves should i get. also, can goal keepers use gloves?
