Has ur period done this?

So on Tuesday I started spotting and wendesday I did too and Thursday I did the same .this morning it got heavy fir like an hour now it is just spots agian. I did stuff like orgasm to think it would increase the flow but still just dots. It's a brown and sometimes bright red. I only wear a larger panty liner because it's so light ??
