Am I pregnant please serious answers?

So I have had alot of symptoms. Headaches, missed period, moodyness emotional , and I had this spotting last week it got heavy one time for like half an hour then it went back to spotting had it for a week I guess it could of been pregnancy making it light I have back pains,pains in my stomach and as right now and fir the past couple hours I've been very dizzy making me almost fall. Took a test yesterday it was negative do u think I'm pregnant and tested to early
