I want adventure but don't know how to get it?

Well I like exploring.A lot.Problem is I have no friends because well I never meet people,I never go out because I have none to go with plus Im 15 which is embarrassing,because all teens have friends and the ones who dont are most likely dead or going to commit suicide.I dont know how to meet people,I mean if I was in a forest alone it would not be easy to find other people,let alone my age.I know there are places to explore but how should I meetpeople who like nature or exploring at 15.I don't really like competitive sports so I am not going to get into that but thats about the only thing guys seem to like in my area or video games.I want to do something go somewhere,how should I go about doing this.
