How to text a girl you really like?

Well I really like this girl and last time I saw her/hung out with her was about 5 days ago and I texted her 4 days ago and she never responded back. I was kind of dissapointed but I decided to just text her again today and when I did she never texted me back until like later in the night it was kinda unexpected for me though, but when I checked the text it was a forward thing tht was talking about send this to ten ppl you love etc. but i was just like wtf.. so I never responded or anything but I really wanna hang with her so should I text her tomorrw? if so what should i say to her? Like I dont wanna seem obsessed though but its like last time I saw her we were like flirting insanely and I know she likes me and its like i have been wanting her to text me firs but i dont mind texting her first but its like she dosent seem intrested in texting me.. advice, suggestions anything please id appriciate it
